Safe visibility | TH&WC

Safe visibility is one of the most important factors to ensure positive and successful social integration into mainstream society. Safe visibility can be achieved via public policy and education. It allows Transgender people to live authentically no matter where they are on the gender spectrum.
Through advocacy, the Center is able to create safe visibility. Our goal is to address social stigmas and perceptions about Transgender, Intersex, and Gender non-conforming people, thereby ensuring that they are supported by the public in a positive manner.
