Hi, I am Ryan (he), a white, cis, het, man. I approach my work with curiosity and humility, exploring everyone’s unique identity and how it is shaped by relationships and the systems we live in. I recognize how deeply we are all affected by dominant, oppressive narratives and the importance of exploring and remaining curious about how larger systems shape us. Choosing to come to therapy can be challenging, especially when experiences with health care can so easily break our trust. My goal is to create a safer space where we can explore challenges you are navigating. I hope to support you in identifying what coping skills still serve you while collaboratively identifying supportive ways of engaging with yourself, others, and the world.
