Leesa Maltby has been a nurse for 32 years. Her son is Transgender. Since beginning his journey in 2016, he has been the source of her passion in supporting Trans rights. Being a nurse is a huge part of Leesa’s life. Inspired by the need for further medical knowledge, she recently earned a BSN Degree, to better equip her to contribute to the cause. Leesa likes to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband of thirty years, and enjoys spending time with her 18-month old granddaughter, Lucy-Jean.
