Hello! As a trainee therapist, I bring a foundation in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and a deep commitment to inclusive mental wellness care. I’m here to support people, focusing specially on providing an affirming space for the trans community. My background includes experience working with individuals navigating trauma and those who are autistic, and I take a person-centered approach that values each person’s unique story and strengths. Originally trained in astrophysics, I’ve lived in four different countries, which has given me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and backgrounds. As an immigrant, a neurodivergent, cis, heterosexual person, and someone with LGBTQ+ family members, I am committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment. When I’m not in therapy sessions, I love diving into science fiction, sewing, crafting, and spending time with my two pets, a dog and a cat, Rosie and Bobbie.
