I am a Black, lesbian, non-binary, and AuDHD therapist-in-training committed to supporting the healing and liberation of marginalized communities. My work is rooted in both lived experience and clinical training, with a focus on trauma, systemic oppression, identity exploration, and the realities experienced by folks who have been told—directly or indirectly—that they are unlovable or “too much.”
I know how painful and isolating it can feel when the people who are supposed to love us are also the ones who wound us. My healing journey showed me that wholeness is not about being “fully healed,” but about practicing radical love, self-compassion, and the courage to show up as our full selves.
My approach is collaborative, embodied, and justice-oriented. I am eclectic in my approach where I center your care and incorporate somatic experience, narrative therapy, internal family systems, parts work and spiritual integration.
I hope to support you in reclaiming your power, reconnecting with joy, and living in alignment with your values while highlighting self-trust, resilience, and liberation.
I am culturally responsive, body-neutral, kink-affirming, and grounded in social justice. Whether you’re navigating trauma, identity, relationships, or simply the challenges of being human under systems of oppression, I strive to hold a space that welcomes every part of you.
